CANCELTIONS POLITICS
Location Policy
- Once the location is confirmed and meeting details are sent, the location cannot be changed.
Arrival and Waiting Time
- The photographer will wait up to 30 minutes at the meeting point. If clients are late, the session may be canceled, or a 50€ waiting fee may apply.
Cancellation Policy (Refunds exclude transaction fees)
- More than 14 days: full refund of the deposit
- 7–14 days: 50% refund
- Less than 7 days: no refund
Rescheduling Due to Unforeseen Circumstances
- If I need to cancel due to unforeseen events, like bad weather, I’ll work with you to reschedule at no extra cost.

Remember these photos are made for personal use from your part. I - as barcelonaloversph - also share them in my social media and website portfolio, but I respect your privacy so please let me know if you don’t want to be featured, or if on the other hand, you want me to tag you on my social media :)
Please make sure to download your photos from a computer, I think it’s safer, and save them in your own cloud or hard drives. After your photos have been downloaded. The images of your gallery will be saved for me for 30 days. Past that time I can't be held responsible for the protection of your images.
