Barceloneta Beach (The Sunrise Magic):
We started our day right on the sand. The beach is the absolute best place to capture that soft, glowing sunrise light reflecting off the Mediterranean Sea. It is so peaceful before the city wakes up!
Sagrada Familia (The Iconic Stop):
Because this architectural masterpiece is the most visited spot in all of Spain, it gets busy incredibly fast. By heading here immediately after the beach, we beat the massive tourist buses and captured gorgeous,natural couple portraits with Gaudí's breathtaking work in the background.
Ciutadella Park (The Chill Finale):
We finished our session at this lush, green oasis. Ciutadella Park has a much more relaxed vibe, giving us a beautiful time frame to stroll around the magnificent Cascada Monumental (the grand waterfall fountain) and play with the elegant, fairy energy Julina wanted.

Timing is absolutely everything when doing a multi-location shoot! As an experienced local guide, I always prioritize the lighting first. You must start at the beach to catch the sunrise. Once the sun is up, you immediately move to the location that gets crowded the fastest (in this case, Sagrada Familia). You always want to save parks and gardens for last, because the trees provide natural shade, the light stays beautiful longer, and the atmosphere remains calm even as the city wakes up.
